Why are Split Rail's only available for select models?

Split Rails are only compatible to snowmobiles with a "strut" design because in order for our ski to be effective the snow must freely pass through the centre of the ski. To allow this to occur we have developed our own arched-splindle that bolts directly to your a-arms. Snowmobiles with the older internal shaft design such as the Yamaha Apex, are currently not compatible.

This looks like a very good system to help eliminate darting, however I find it odd that they haven't been developed for Arctic Cat sleds. I believe that Arctic Cat have had A-Arm suspensions the longest of any of the manufactures...in fact I can remember when owners of other makes made fun of Arctic Cat's "Goofy"
front suspensions. Funny how things have changed....Maybe, just maybe the handling on A/C sleds can't get any better than the factory set-up?!

I agree. It certainly seems odd that the smallest market of the big four is represented (Yamaha), but Arctic Cat isn't? Clearly, they are the number two sled in the world right now, behind BRP. When will you begin to make a ski for the Arctic Cat sleds? The previous author is correct that Cat had the first A-arm spindles of all the manufacturers. I know they had it way back in 1998. This product looks amazing, but cannot get me for a customer without making them for Cats!
